Meet Spruce, the first-ever furniture subscription service of its kind in Thailand.
Spruce launched in 2023 with a mission to make it simple — and sustainable — for you to create a space you love. By introducing furniture as a service, members get access to our meticulously curated selection of designer furniture and accessories at low monthly subscription fees. Simply put, we are on a mission to make design more democratic and deliberate.

We subscribe to the philosophy that change is good. Renting furniture gives you ease and flexibility to decorate your space without financial or logistical burden.
1) With Spruce, members pay low upfront costs making high-quality luxury products more approachable and within reach.
2) Flexible plans accommodate lifestyle changes and make it easy for those who do not want to invest in furniture to still have the opportunity to use quality pieces.

A circular economy is a closed-loop system that aims to eliminate waste and promote the continual use of resources. Businesses following this model will try their best to reuse, share, repair, refurbish, remanufacture and recycle their products and goods. A successful circular economy minimizes the use of resources, and along with that, waste, pollution and carbon emissions.
All of Spruce's brands have a few things in common: They are timeless in style, ethically crafted and are built to last — from one home to the next. Our product line allows for customers to mix high and low to fit their budget and their needs. Browse affordable pieces alongside iconic Danish designs from Carl Hansen & Søn, Louis Poulsen, Ethnicraft, Menu, Serax, Sketch, Conde House, as well as unique one-of-a-kind antiques sourced by our design team.
At the end of each subscription, Spruce's furniture are returned to our warehouse where they get refurbished, thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before being delivered in like-new condition to the next home. When an item is no longer in like-new condition, we sell it as a secondhand item. This circular model closes the loop, giving our furniture a second — third, fourth and fifth! — life.
Yes! Aside from homeowners and renters, our subscription service is available for small, medium and large commercial clients. We're happy to tailor to your unique needs. We do. The minimal risk that comes with our furniture subscription model is perfect for real estate agents, landlords, stylists and stagers. We also offer furniture selection services to help make the process as stress-free as possible for you. Sustainability is at the core of every decision we make at Spruce. Our business model naturally minimizes waste and carbon footprint. With a subscription model, the same furniture is given multiple lives, keeping them from landfills when they are no longer wanted. We've also gone over every step of the customer journey to make it as eco-conscious as possible — a journey that we will continually assess and try to improve on. Spruce also plants one tree for every subscription to further help offset our footprint. It's a work-in-progress, but be assured that we're striving to reduce our footprint to zero.
Getting Started
It's simple — create an account, start browsing, choose a rental plan that best fits your circumstances and get ready for your Spruce items to be delivered.
Spruce has a 3-month minimum subscription period. There are four different subscription rates: a longer contract period, means a smaller monthly subscription fee. However, we advise you to choose the subcription plan that best fits your circumstances.
Certain you're not moving anywhere in the next year? Go big and select 12 months. Unsure of where your job will take you next? Maybe opt for somewhere between 3 to 6 months. Ending your contract early may result in prorate fees and a penalty.
What you see is what you get. The product prices on our website already includes VAT, and one-time complimentary delivery, assembly and pickup for contracts above ฿5,000. No hidden charges, no surprises.
Our subscription starts at 3 months. It's important you choose a subscription plan that best fits your needs. Members who end their subscription early will have to pay the adjusted monthly rate along with a ฿3,400 administrative fee.
Absolutely! This is one of the perks of furniture subscription. Bored? Need a change? Want a quick makeover? Change your subscription order by contacting info@sprucesimple.com. You can add or remove items as you wish, so long as you maintain 75% of your original contract value. There is a minimal delivery charge of ฿1,700 per trip to help us cover our costs.
Yes, you can. Many Spruce members have more than one subscription. The Account page allows you to view all your subscriptions and manage them easily.
Our customer success team can help with that. Please reach out to info@sprucesimple.com for early cancellations. Your contract will be adjusted to the correct monthly rate and you will be charged a ฿3,400 administrative fee as well.
Yes and no. Spruce furniture can be moved to another address, so long that it's within Spruce's service area and is moved by the Spruce team. To request a move, email info@sprucesimple.com.
In order to subscribe to Spruce, we require your personal information (full name, address, phone number and email), ID card for a verification process, and a valid credit card that will be securely stored through Stripe, an internationally known payment processing software.
We welcome pet owners. All our furniture are pet-friendly. We just ask that you treat our furniture like it is your own — meaning that you look after it with love and care!
No, we allow for only one address per subscription. If you want to subscribe to another location, please place another order. You will be able to manage all your subscriptions easily on the Account page.

Payment and Contract
Your first payment occur on the day you confirm your subscription order online. Your contract, however, will start on the day you receive your items. Recurring payments will occur on the same date of your delivery day every month.
For example, you place a subscription order on January 1st and your Spruce items are delivered on January 5th. That means that your first payment is on January 1st, but your contract starts on January 5th. Your next payment will be on February 5th, March 5th, April 5th and so on.
As of right now, Spruce only accepts credit card payments.
When a payment fails, you will be notified via email right away to update your payment details. Our customer success team will also contact you via phone. Most of the time, failed payment is due to credit card security reasons or an expired credit card. This can be resolved easily by contacting the bank.
In the case that your payment continuously fails for 15 days after the billing date, Spruce reserves the right to pick up our furniture. In the case that we are not able to enter your home to pick up the subscribed items, we have the right to charge you for the subscribed items at retail price.
We're so happy to hear! Spruce, however, does not offer a rent-to-buy option for our users as we believe in a pure rental model as part of our eco-friendly mission.

Delivery
Spruce is currently available only in Bangkok and surrounding areas.
We try our best to make sure delivery day goes as smoothly as possible by having our team reach out to you even prior to your delivery date to confirm your order and delivery time again. On delivery day, we ask that you are on site to inspect the items upon arrival and to sign your contract. Furniture assembly and inspection may take up to 1.5 hours depending on the number of items ordered. Please help clear the area ahead of time so that our delivery team can work easily and efficiently.
Our delivery team is an expert at moving our furniture through tight spaces. However, we do ask you to do a bit of homework prior to delivery date by noting down any obstacles you foresee and sharing these with our delivery team ahead of time. In the case that an item is not able to fit in the space, there will be a fee of ฿1,700 to cover transportation and restocking.
No problem, our delivery team can bring back the items you change your mind on. Please note that there will be a restocking fee of ฿1,700.
Yes, but we ask that you do so at least 2 days before your delivery time.
Unfortuntately, no. We ask that you clear the space yourself prior to delivery as our team will not be responsible for removing and/or disposing of old furniture.
Return and Pickup
Spruce will send you an email to remind you that your contract is coming to an end 15 days before your end date. Here, you will have the option to renew your contract or schedule a pickup date.
Similar to delivery day, our team will contact you prior to pickup to confirm the date. Once our team arrives, we will inspect the products before disassembling everything for you. We ask that you be present on pickup day to sign the inspection documents.
Our customer success team will reach out to you near the end of your contract to help you schedule a pickup date.
We understand that accidents happen! We ask that you take care of Spruce's items like they are your own. We can refurbish regular wear and tear that comes from appropriate use of our items; for example, scratches, fading and loose parts.
However, intentional and reckless vandalization, as well as damages from inappropriate use may result in additional charges for repairs or replacements. These will be assessed on a case-by-case basis by our maintenance team.
